We hope you are happy with your purchase from Moroccan Bazaar, but should you wish to return an item*, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days. *See exceptions.

Change an order

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order.

You are able to change an offer (within 24 hours of ordering) prior to the dispatch (which acts as a confirmation of your offer). Please contact us by calling 0208 575 1818 or emailing info@moroccanbazaar.com.

 

Cancellation of an Order

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods (within 24 hours of ordering) please email info@moroccanbazaar.co.uk or phone us on 0208 575 1818.

If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns & refund procedure.

 

Faulty / Damaged Items

We make every effort to create products of the highest quality and deliver them to you in perfect condition.

In the event that your order is damaged and you require an exchange, our third party courier will collect the faulty item from your chosen address following delivery of its replacement. Contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of delivery to arrange your exchange on 0207 896 7451 or by email on info@moroccanbazaar.co.uk.

We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered. 

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within 30 days and with items returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

Please read our exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, or after the 30 day refund policy date, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged. We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product.

Due to the handmade nature of Moroccan Bazaar’s products, small variations may occur and designs may differ slightly from the picture online and from our catalogues. These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Returns & Refunds procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

  1. Returns via courier collection  

  • You must notify us in writing or by email including: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.  
  • We will email or call you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return.

 

  1. Returns via our Greenford premises.  

  • Simply bring the despatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to our offices in Greenford and our customer services department will help you.
  • Your refund/exchange will be arranged within 2-4 working days.
  • Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

 

Products we are unable to refund or exchange (*Exceptions).

Moroccan Bazaar reserves the right to not accept refunds on the following items (*Exceptions):

  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Damaged/faulty items not notified by telephone to us within 14 days.
  • Bespoke and made-to-measure items after 48 hours of ordering.
  • Glassware and Ceramics – for hygiene purposes.

 

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We will charge you and deduct the return shipping fee from the amount paid to us.

 

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason you may do so within 48 hours of ordering or from the date you pay a 50 % deposit. These items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be sold to another customer. Please ensure you are 100 % sure before ordering any bespoke items from Moroccan Bazaar.
