Lantern-like in design, our Allawn floor lamp also has an architectural quality, calling to mind the domed pavilions that once adorned the gardens of great Middle Eastern palaces. Mounted on a thick antique brass base, its eight arched side panels and dome are decorated with a hand-sawn and hand-engraved floral motif – and plates of clear or coloured glass add an arresting final touch.
