The inspiration for the name of our Riaz coffee table came from the beautiful floral arabesques painted by hand by our zawagga onto its every surface (Riaz means ‘garden’ or ‘meadow’ in Arabic). The skill to apply such delicate brushstrokes of yellow, white and black is truly breathtaking, and serves to bring out the natural beauty of the underlying walnut wood.
